Baths: 2 Our Valley View home in Caldwell is a brand newly built home with upgraded features! Its professionally designed with care and locally sourced items, not just another hotel styled home. It’s curated to feel elevated, stylish and most importantly comfortable! The light-colored features amplify the natural light to make it feel fresh and bright. It is equipped with a huge smart TV in the living room and primary bedroom (bring your own logins). It is a single level home, has an indoor fireplace, regular kitchen amenties and a common area right across the street.
Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, “The Sensible Safari” was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We’ve since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we’re traveling away from home. We’re excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share!
