Baths: 3 Comfortable 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home on three levels. King bed in the master. Plenty of room for up to 10 people. More is ok but it gets cramped.
2 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. Kitchen, Living room and half bath on the main floor. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and the laundry in the basement.
No smoking, no pets without prior approval.
Welcome to our beautiful townhome, just 2 minutes from the freeway. Quick access to bus routes, the nearby universities, theaters, shops, museums, and with a breathtaking view of the mountains!
There are true beds for 8. There is a twin hide-a-bed, air mattresses, and couches that could allow you to push that to up to 12 guests. If you have people comfortable sleeping on something other than a true bed, we are happy with helping you accommodate a large group.
The 2 basement bedrooms are decorated for kids. We have a castle that was originally used in a parade of homes house for a fun medieval fantasy room.
The other bedroom has a sailboat theme for water lovers of all ages. Please note that all bedrooms are either on the 2nd floor or the basement. There is only a sofa bed available on the main floor.
You have full private access to the entire townhome.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, set up for the grown ups. The other 2 bedrooms are in the basement and are decorated to delight kids. The small fenced back yard opens to a park with a playground and picnic tables.
Please note that it comfortably fits 8 guests in true beds. Additional guests would need to pull out the hide-a-bed which is quite comfortable, sleep on the couches, or use the 2 air mattresses. We like to let you have as many guests as you wish to invite, just know that a few might be using the air pump.
