Rules:
Our building is a quiet residential building. We ask that all our guests respect the neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 9 a.m.
Strictly no smoking of tobacco and/or marijuana (cannabis), etc. anywhere inside the apartment and/or anywhere in the building. Security guards patrol the building and violators will be fined.
Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet IN ADVANCE in writing. If we approve your pet, a nightly pet fee will apply and must be paid prior to moving in. Pet damage deposit will be required and must be paid prior to moving in. No exceptions.
All guests will be met by our associate upon arrival. Social distancing rules will be observed. Each suite occupant must provide a valid driver’s license or passport prior to arrival.
A fully refundable damage deposit of $2,000 CAD and proof of renters insurance (that you can easily buy online at $25-$45 per month) with a $2000 deductible and $1 million liability is required prior to arrival.
