Large great room. With the extra folding table you can seat 19 for dinner. 3 TVs, great room, basement family room, and master bedroom. Most of the furniture isn’t new, but that is a plus. Children and pets aren’t going to hurt it so just clean up the spills and I’ll touch up scratches. Come and feel comfortable enjoying your family.
The 6 bedroom 3 bath home is completely for your use. The only places that are not included are the detached garage and the furnace area. The door to the furnace closet is locked.
The door has a smart keyless entry that is changed with each guest. There are 5 stairs to get to the front door. 8 stairs to get in the back sliding glass door.
Pets are permitted with a $25 per night pet fee for up to 2 pets. Maximum pet fee is $150. $300 refundable pet deposit to cover damage. Most older pets are great guests and cause very little damage. If you bring puppies please bring or ask for a kennel. They do/will chew up chair legs.
Smoking is prohibited. There is a $250 per night fine for smoking anywhere on the property and you are subject to eviction without refund. If some family members smoke please make sure they cross the street to smoke.
