Our GIANT suite is THOROUGHLY SANITIZED for SEVERAL HOURS prior to each guest’s arrival using PROFESSIONAL GRADE anti-viral / anti-bacterial cleaning supplies and disinfectants by our highly trained team (wearing CE certified FDA approved PPE including masks, gloves, shoe coverings) to ensure that you have a SAFE and CLEAN place to stay. All our bedding and towels are WASHED and SANITIZED by an industrial laundry facility.

If we approve your pet, a nightly pet fee will apply and must be paid prior to moving in. Pet damage deposit will be required and must be paid prior to moving in. No exceptions.

Rules

Our building is a quiet residential building. We ask that all our guests respect the neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 9 a.m. Parties and/or events and/or gatherings are strictly prohibited. A charge will apply if a noise complaint is received.

Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana (cannabis), and/or any other substance anywhere inside the apartment and/or anywhere in the building is strictly prohibited. A charge will apply if our condo was smoked in and needs to be deep cleaned.

Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in advance in writing. If we approve your pet, a nightly pet fee will apply. A Pet damage deposit of $2,000.00 CAD will be required prior to move-in. No exceptions.

All guests will be met by our associate upon arrival. Social distancing rules will be observed. Each guest is required to provide a valid driver’s license or passport prior to arrival.

Check-out time is before 11 a.m. A late check-out fee will apply for late check-out.

A damage deposit of $1,000 CAD is required prior to moving in. It will be returned to the guest after departure provided that there was no noise after 11 p.m. and before 9 a.m. in the suite, provided that there were no parties and/or gatherings in the suite, provided that no pets were brought into the suite, provided that no one smoked marijuana, cigarettes and/or any other substance, and provided that you check-out before 11 a.m. on the check-out date.
