Welcome to my HIGH FLOOR Corner Suite with a Large Balcony! My condo was recently renovated and is equipped with brand new furniture, including a Simmons Beauty-rest queen bed, leather pull-out sofa bed, 2 TVs with PREMIUM cable, and FAST Wi-Fi. The condo has pots and pans, dishes, towels, linens for 4 guests, and is a VERY SHORT WALK away from the College subway station (TTC), Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto General Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital. 1 FREE Parking spot included!
The Space:

FREE very fast Wi-Fi Internet, FREE digital cable TV channels, FREE utilities (including hydro), FREE Premium Netflix and Roku TV on Living Room TV, FREE phone calls anywhere in Canada and the USA.
We take pride in our condo and hire a PROFESSIONAL cleaning company to clean the condo and we send out all bedding and all towels to be SANITIZED by an Industrial Laundry Facility adhering to the strictest hospital-grade health and safety standards.
1 FREE Parking spot. More parking spots are available for rent.
A portable crib/playpen is available for rent.
Due to high Covid19 case numbers, the gym and pool are temporarily closed.
Any pets MUST BE pre-approved by us in writing in advance. Pet fee and pet damage deposit are required prior to moving in if we approve your pet. No exceptions.
Guest Access:
The whole condo is for our guests to enjoy!
Rules:
Our building is a quiet residential building. We ask that all our guests respect the neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 9 a.m. Parties and/or events and/or gatherings are strictly prohibited. A charge will apply if a noise complaint is received. No exceptions.
Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana (cannabis), and/or any other substance anywhere inside the apartment and/or anywhere in the building is strictly prohibited. A charge will apply if our condo was smoked in and needs to be deep cleaned. No exceptions.
Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in advance in writing. If we approve your pet, a nightly pet fee will apply. Pet damage deposit will be required prior to move-in. No exceptions.
Our building is a secure residential building. We must receive valid government-issued ID copies from each guest (driver’s license or passport) prior to arrival. If you are traveling with children, the names and ages of each child must be provided.
A fully refundable $1,000.00 CAD deposit for incidentals/damages is required prior to moving in. The deposit will be refunded to you in full within 48-72 hours of your departure provided that nothing is damaged, broken, and/or missing in the condo, provided that no one smoked inside the suite, provided that absolutely no pets were brought into the suite, provided that no noise complaints were received and provided that the suite occupants moved out before 11 a.m. on the check out date.
Check-out time is before 11 a.m. Late check-out is Not Possible. A charge of $199 CAD plus tax will be deducted from your deposit if you move out after 11 a.m. No exceptions.
