Baths: 1 This 2 story houseboat is beautiful! It’s located in the heart of West Monroe, in a hidden location. There will be kayaks, a paddle boat, fishing poles, a grill, and outdoor furniture for your pleasure. It is packed with all the amenities and comforts of home. The Ouachita River awaits you!
You may even bring your boat and park it right beside it. It is located directly across from the Forsythe Levee.
1 upper-level deck and a wrap-around exterior with covered front and back porches make the exterior! A large living room, dining bar, full kitchen, and half bath make the top interior level and a pass-through room with bunk beds, a private bedroom, and a shower makes the bottom interior level. It has 1 full bed, 1 set of bunk beds (cot sized), 1 queen air mattress, 2 1/2 baths, and a full kitchen in the 1,440 sq ft. central heated and cooled interior.

Full access to everything except the top-level deck for safety reasons. You are allowed to explore the property from the bus to the barn and down to the river.
Parking is available for up to 2 regular-sized vehicles. Contact me with any questions before booking.
During the months the water is low, you will have 2 sets of stairs to walk down. You, your kids, and/or your pets must be able to make the walk. Also, consider the amount of luggage you will have. It’s about 50 steps.
There is no wifi available due to the levee and OSCHA requirements. Cell service is great for hotspots, however!
We’re happy to offer concierge services and prestock the fridge with a list that meets your needs! All must be arranged at least 2 days before your reservation.
