The Space:
Our building is a very short walk away from the Toronto General Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, Women’s College Hospital, many fertility clinics, and the Sick Kids Hospital.
Several grocery stores (supermarkets), banks, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants are a very short walk (2-3 min.) away.
Our suite is thoroughly sanitized after each guest departs by our hardworking team of cleaning professionals who are using a variety of industry-leading professional-grade sanitation products to thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces. All our bedding and towels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by an industrial laundry facility.
FREE very fast Wi-Fi Internet, FREE digital cable TV channels, FREE utilities (including hydro), FREE Premium Netflix and Roku TV on Living Room TV, FREE phone calls anywhere in Canada and the USA.
We MIGHT consider a well-behaved pet. Message us BEFORE you reserve. A Pet fee will apply. Pet damage deposit will apply.
Underground parking is available at a charge.

Other Things To Note:
Guest SAFETY and HEALTH is OUR TOP PRIORITY. Our gorgeous condo is THOROUGHLY SANITIZED for several hours prior to each guest’s arrival using PROFESSIONAL GRADE anti-viral / anti-bacterial cleaning supplies and disinfectants by our highly trained team (wearing CE certified FDA approved PPE including masks, gloves, shoe coverings) to ensure that you have a SAFE place to stay.
Due to high Covid19 case numbers, the gym and pool are temporarily closed.
All our bedding and towels are WASHED and SANITIZED by an industrial laundry facility.
Rules:
Our building is a quiet residential building. We ask that all our guests respect the neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 7 a.m. Parties and/or events and/or gatherings are strictly prohibited. A charge will apply if a noise complaint is received.
Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana (cannabis), and/or any other substance anywhere inside the apartment and/or anywhere in the building is strictly prohibited. A charge will apply if our condo was smoked in and needs to be deep cleaned.
Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in advance in writing. If we approve your pet, a nightly pet fee will apply. Pet damage deposit will be required prior to move-in. No exceptions.
Our building is a secure residential building. We must receive valid government-issued ID copies from each guest (driver’s license or passport) prior to arrival. If you are traveling with children, the names and ages of each child must be provided.
A $1,000 CAD deposit for incidentals/damages is required prior to moving in. The deposit will be refunded to you in full within 48-72 hours of your departure provided that nothing is damaged, broken and/or missing in the condo, provided that no one smoked inside the suite, provided that absolutely no pets were brought into the suite, provided that no noise complaints were received and provided that the suite occupants moved out before 11 a.m. on the check out date.
Check-out time is before 11 a.m. A late check-out fee will apply for late check-out.
