We are here to help families and individuals who need a SAFE and SANITIZED condo in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are a short walk away from the Toronto General Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Sick Kids Hospital.
Our FAMILY SIZE very large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite is located in a secure Bay Street condo building across the street from the College subway station (TTC), METRO supermarket, pharmacy, and several banks.
Parking is available at a fee.
The Space:
Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with enough space for a family to feel at home.
Underground parking spots with unlimited in/out privileges are available for rent at a charge.
The indoor Pool and Gym in the building are now OPEN !!!
A crib / portable playpen is available for rent.
FREE fast Wi-Fi Internet. FREE digital TV channels. FREE Premium NETFLIX account access and Roku TV on the Living Room TV. FREE UNLIMITED phone calls anywhere in Canada and USA.
We are offering drastically reduced rates to families and professionals who need to be housed in close proximity to the University Health Network Hospitals.
Subway (TTC) station entrance is across the street.
Streetcar stop is 1-2 minute walk away.
The bicycle rental station is near the entrance to our building.
The best area of downtown Toronto – Bay Street – Hundreds of shops, cafes, restaurants are NOW OPEN and they are a short walk away from our building!
We MIGHT allow a pet. Message us BEFORE reserving. Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in advance in writing. If we approve your pet, a nightly pet fee will apply and must be paid prior to moving in. Pet damage deposit will be required and must be paid prior to moving in. No exceptions.

Other Things To Note:
Our condo is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after each guest’s departure by a hardworking team of cleaning professionals (wearing FDA-approved personal protective masks, gloves, and shoe coverings) who are using a variety of industry-leading professional-grade sanitation products to thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces.
All our bedding and all our towels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by an industrial laundry facility.
Rules:
Our building is a quiet residential building. We ask that all our guests respect the neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 7 a.m.
Strictly no smoking anywhere inside the apartment and/or anywhere in the building.
Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in advance in writing. If we approve your pet, a nightly pet fee will apply and must be paid prior to moving in. Pet damage deposit will be required and must be paid prior to moving in. No exceptions.
Each guest is required to provide a valid driver’s license or passport prior to arrival. A $1,000 cad fully refundable deposit for incidentals/damages is required prior to moving in. The deposit will be returned within 2-3 bank working days after your check out provided that no one smoked in the suite and/or anywhere inside the building, provided that the suite was not used for parties and/or gatherings, provided that no pets were brought into the suite, provided that nothing is damaged, broken, and/or missing in the suite, and provided that guests checked out prior to 11 a.m. on the check-out date.
