Welcome to Q Estate for a relaxing year round getaway. A well appointed large private guest bedrm with en-suite 5pc bathroom and adjacent 2nd bedroom with a twin bed. It has incredible views of the Upper Rideau. Great for romantic getaways small families ladies getaway or some alone time. The Space

Q Estate Lake view Guests room offers:
Two Bed rooms-sleeps 5
Main Bed room: 2 queen size beds plus sofa and 4 seater dining table.
Fire place: Electric
Adjacent Bed room: single bed
En-suite-5 piece bath
2nd Bathroom adjacent to pool with double showers, toilet and sink.
Wifi included
BBQ-1 tank of propane provided (seasonal)

TV with Netflix, Disney and prime which is great for young kids and adults alike.
Microwave, coffee maker (Keurig)and fridge in room
Complimentary starter supply of tea/coffee/sugar/water provided. Please bring your favourite coffee pods, tea or creamers for the duration of your stay.
***please note that due to covid-19 towels/blankets are
not provided in the guest suite. Please bring your own if possible, if you forget something it is available upon request.****(fees apply)
*** All guests entering the pool must use the pool showers before getting into the pool***

Guest Access

The guest suite is a part of a large bungalow overlooking the upper Rideau Lake. The guest suite has its own entrance via patio that is right in front of the guest room. 35×12 feet of patio space available with a BBQ on the deck. NO FULL KITCHEN but a kitchenette in the guest room. Disposable cutlery, cups and plates only. (Bring your own)

BBQ and 1 full propane tank provided
Boardwalk to Lake with stairs going down to the swimming Deck.
No access to main house kitchen.
Breakfast can be provided upon request (fee)
Other things to note
*** The guest suite is part of the main house with a separate entrance to the unit. Also I have 2 cottages on the estate about 80 feet apart from each other with their own space for each unit. So please note the estate consists of 3 rental units and other guests will be present but will be limited to their own space other than the common areas of the property. ie: parking and the dock by the lake.
If fishing is something you enjoy, we offer guided fishing tours upon request. Advance notice required. Please inquire for availability and pricing.
Don’t forget your fishing Rods as there’s plenty of fish in the lake off the dock on property. (Live bait recommended)

If you enjoy spending time on the lake, a canoe and

Closest hospital is in Perth, Ontario- 25 min. Drive
IDA drugstore in Westport is -8 min drive

No black garbage bags to be used at all. $200 fee will be charged if black bags or recycling not sorted correctly into the bins.

Additional Rules

Our vacation rental is a smoke-free zone inside. This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible. Guests can only smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony or deck as long as you respect the rules we have in place.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
Guests can only smoke outdoors in the designated areas.
Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the property lawn. You should instead dispose of them in the ashtray/container and dispose of it safely. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Discovering guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in loss of the security deposit.
Strictly No pets due to allergies etc
No parties allowed. No unregistered guests allowed for over night or day visits using any facilities on the property.
House rules related to garbage and recycling:
We like to do our bit for the environment and we ask that our guests do the same!
All garbage must be in the outside garbage bin provided and recycling in the blue bin that’s provided right on the patio deck. * Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the proper containers.please. Do not use black garbage bags for trash. Clear garbage bags will be provided if you need any extras. Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in each bathroom. Failing to adhere to the rule a fee will be deducted from deposit.
The door to the guest suite must be kept closed at all times to prevent bugs and critters getting inside of the room. No outside shoes to be worn inside guest suite or pool area. Please use broom/stick vac provided to keep the guest suite floor clean.
