Newly renovated kitchen and one of the 2 bathrooms. This summer cottage ready for 2022 summer is one of 2 cottages on the same property. It has 2 bed rooms that accommodate up-to 8 guests and 2 full bathrooms.
The screened-in porch across the front of the cottage provides a comfortable vantage point to view the beauty of the lake. Please note updated pictures will be posted upon completion.

The Space

This summer house cottage provides an idyllic stop over for boaters traveling through the Rideau Canal, a family vacation on an annual fishing trip or a couple looking for a romantic outdoor getaway and a dock for lake swimming.

Breath taking view and to relax out doors Overlooking the Rideau lake is absolutely something everyone will enjoy.
And access to the dock is about a 3 min walk down the stair way.

Guest Access

The entire cottage is yours to use. You have access to the lake using the common boardwalk going down to the dock area. Dock is shared with other guests renting other units on my property. A fire pit and picnic bench on your area of the cottage as well as a kids play area with a swing and slide private for your enjoyment.
Other things to Note
If fishing is something you enjoy, we offer guided fishing tours upon request. Please inquire for availability and pricing.
Don’t forget your fishing Rods as there’s plenty of fish in the lake off the dock on property. (Live bait recommended)

If you enjoy spending time on the lake, a canoe and kayak available for a fee.

Please note no black garbage bags to be used. All recycling to be sorted accordingly into the bins. Fee of $200 will be charged failure to adhere to garbage disposal rules.

Additional Rules
Please clean all dishes and place garbage in clear bags. Plastics, glass, and metal in the blue recycling bin. All cardboard, papers and paper plates in the separate blue recycling bin (bins provided)
Any soiled paper plates and containers go in the clear garbage bag. Please empty out all indoor garbage cans to the large garbage bin provided outside.
All indoor lights AC to be turned off when leaving the cottage.
Please broom sweep the place before you leave. No pets allowed and no exceptions please.
