All our bedding and towels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by an industrial laundry facility.

We are PET FRIENDLY and we MIGHT consider a well-behaved pet. Message us BEFORE reserving if you have a pet. Guest must accept full responsibility for any damage caused by her / his pet. Pet fee will apply and must be paid prior to moving in. A refundable pet damage deposit will apply and must be paid prior to moving in.

Rules:

By reserving our suite the guest confirms that he/she is in need of housing in downtown Toronto and that is why the guest is renting our suite.

Our building is a quiet safe and secure residential building. We ask that all our guests respect the neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 9 a.m. A charge of $500 will apply if a noise complaint is received. No exceptions.

Parties and/or events and/or gatherings are strictly prohibited. A charge of $500 will apply if a noise complaint is received. No exceptions.

Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana (cannabis), and/or any other substance anywhere inside the apartment and/or anywhere in the building is strictly prohibited. A charge will apply if our condo was smoked in and needs to be deep cleaned. No exceptions.

Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in advance in writing. If we approve your pet, a nightly pet fee will apply and must be paid prior to moving in. Pet damage deposit will be required and must be paid prior to moving in. No exceptions.

All guests will be met by our associate upon arrival. Social distancing rules will be observed. Our building is a safe and secure building. For the safety of all residents, each guest must be registered. Each guest is required to provide a valid driver’s license or passport prior to arrival. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. A late check-out fee will apply for late check-out.
