Description

This space is TWO homes next to each other. A perfect option if you’re traveling with a large group but need a little extra space! You’ll have exclusive access to both homes if booked. Each home has the same floorpan with similar features. 3 bed/2 bath, they can both accommodate up to 10 people, ideally 4-5 adults and 5-6 kids. The homes are compact but practical and provide a great open concept to make gathering easy.

5.0 "Great place to stay for a family"

Beautiful home, clean, good kitchen supplies on hand, Same-day response and action when supplies were running low. Great communication, flexible when our plans changed unexpectedly. Grateful for portable crib and little highchair. Easy check-out instructions.

4.8 "Great place "

Caldwell is a beautiful place and close enough to Boise for a pleasant stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Clean and roomy. Nice to have two homes together for a large multi generational family. Would have liked to have a few more utensils in the kitchen such as a colander and wine corkscrew. The propane tanks were empty on both grills. The host offers a reimbursement to have the propane filled but I was uncomfortable with doing that chore.

4.8 "Easily accessible location in a private neighborhood"

The homes were clean and well furnished and the owners were responsive when issues arose. There were plenty of towels which doesn't usually happen in rentals-a definite plus. The property did not have a welcome book/binder outlining check-in/check-out procedures, contact numbers in the event of an emergency, local attractions, etc. that rental properties usually have, but didn't affect us too much because information was shared with us before we arrived. Communication with and instructions from the owners occurred through the VRBO website/app which can be a little challenging and inefficient because you have to log-on or open the app to check for every response and I don't like to do that when I am on vacation. The welcome book might cut down on some of the "back and forth" general instructions.

5.0 "Perfect stay for a family"

We had a great time at Bryce and Callie's place! The 2 houses were perfect for what we needed. We had 3 babies and were able to put them to bed in one house and the baby monitors reached to the other house so our evening noise didn't bother them at all! The houses were well stocked and we all loved the decor. Beds were comfy and we really appreciated the 2 trundle beds and 2 pack n plays provided. We'll stay again!
