This is a rustic retreat in the mountains beyond Taos on a farm with animals, flowers, a pond & fields. It is spectacular, as long as you are not expecting 4 star amenities. Everything worked great, the sheets & bed were clean & comfy, there was hot water for showering and the fridge kept my beverages cold. I loved sitting on the little porch in the evening, strumming my guitar. It was a cherished experience, if you have ANY connection to the history of Taos (Lawrence, Luhan, Huxley, O’Keefe, etc), it will stir your soul. A visit to the Lawrence Ranch up the hill is highly recommended!

I loved staying in the Dorothy Brett cabin. It was a quiet, cozy little studio. I enjoyed having the wood-burning stove along with the fully equip kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Taos for a longer stay or just passing through.

The Eco Lodge is a fun place to stay with good access to Taos and the Enchanted Circle. My daughter loved seeing the animals and everyone on the farm was very nice

Sia's cabin is really simple and beautiful. We had a lovely dinner outside at the picnic table in the garden and then wandered around the farm at dusk. Sia and her partner chatted with us and introduced us to their turkeys and chickens. We met a lot of charming farm animals and had a relaxing stroll through this very lovely space. Their farm has a lot of history and it is also clearly a very well loved and taken care of place. It was a pleasure to dip into their home for a night.
