Adorable cabin. We loved getting to see the farm and had a peaceful stay.

Staying at the Ecolodge is a charming experience. We booked the DH Lawrence cabin after our camping plans near Taos fell through. The cabin is quaint and clean with the basic needed to make a meal. We arrived after 6pm and proceeded to check in easily. The farm is 40 acres which you can walk around to see the sunflower and pumpkins, the animals, the goji fields etc. We met Sia and her husband only briefly but they welcomed us with open arms. Bed was comfy and linens were clean. Shower was clean and had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We didn't get to use the hot tub or sauna but they looked nice. We walked to the top of the hill to watch the sunset. The view of the farms in the valley and mountains in the distance was worth the walk. Would recommend for people looking for a charming farm experience.

The history of this farm is very interesting and written about in the information notebook in each room. The farm, animals and natural flowers were all delightful! Walking around the farm, laying in the hammocks and seeing the beautiful sunset from the deck of the Cantina are some of our great memories. This is a great rustic farm with interesting history! Be sure to write down the driving instructions ahead of time... as you may lose cell phone service in the area... like we did 😊
