We really enjoyed our stay. All instructions to get into the unit were very clear with descriptive photos. Carolyn was very responsive in a timely manner for enquires and requests. Unit cleanliness was extraordinary. The location is fantastic on Bay street just across from College park for kids to enjoy the playground.

An ideal location if you need to be close to the hospitals. Groceries and restaurants close by. Neat and clean. Carolyn answered all our questions and was an excellent host.

Our host, Carolyn, was kind enough to host us for our quarantine! We booked for a month just in case, although we did not stay the whole time. We had a LONG journey before reaching the property (a 17 hour drive from South Carolina to Buffalo, NY, plus transit across the border+ immigration!). We were thankful for Carolyn’s prompt communication, ensuring that the suite was ready for us prior to our arrival, and providing proper instructions for check-in. As it was our first time traveling to Canada, we were nervous and didn’t know what to expect. The suite was so clean and comfortable, with a very comfy bed! It was a bit dated and in need of small repairs to elevate the property (floors, cupboards, etc.), but felt very homey and worked well for us. The location is perfect and we had no issues receiving grocery deliveries! An added plus is there is never a wait for the elevators.

Everything was tidy and as listed. Carolyn was very nice and accommodating to all of my needs and requests. Thanks!

Easy to use, well connected, convenient all around. Only thing to note is that being next Bay Street, the location is a bit noisy.
