We were very happy with the house and really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group, my husband, myself, our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room and we really enjoyed eating dinner on the patio and screened porch. After a full day at the beach it was great to enjoy the warmth of the pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware etc. Leonard was very easy to work with and very helpful. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in!

Wonderful experience renting this property. House was very well equipped, cookware galore, plus gas grill. Lots of space for family games and quiet reading areas. Bonus room was perfect for our 3 grandaughters! Loved the pool and the screened in porch. We were close to Oval Beach, kayaking, hiking and blueberry picking. Len was very helpful at every step of the process, answering any and all questions! Great vacation!

We never rented on Ocean Beach But because of our experience at the Beautiful home we rented 5 Bedrooms, 2 kitchens , Big decks to sit and enjoy Coffee and Breakfast , Beaches are Best we have been too and the town has all the restaurants , Bars , Bakeries Lenny was by far the best host we ever had done Business with ! We will be back and tell others

Great location. Brand new upper deck and outdoor shower. House easily fit our family of 5

All 13 of us had a wonderful vacation The beach was warm and enjoyable. Our children enjoyed refreshing swim. The younger children enjoyed the slip and slide in the yard. The BBQ was wonderful., everything from hamburgers to steak. Grand father went bass fishing a enjoy the luck catching 3 nice large mouth bass. This was the second stay at this house and we have never been disappointed. The owner is gracious and very responsive. Deffinately 5 /5 rating.
