This house was perfect for our family. Great location and the home owner was wonderful to work with!

Our group of 14 had an excellent experience! We loved the home and property, and Leonard was kind and helpful from booking to answering a few questions during our stay... Everyone in our group agreed that if we were to return to Saugatuck to vacation, we would love to stay at this property again, and/or check out the “Ocean Beach” property as well. Many in our group thought that our house would be directly on water; however, it was not. We did have private beach access, and it was only a short walk across the street and down a little path. By no means did expectation vs reality spoil anyone’s fun, it was just a little different than envisioned. To wrap it up - a great time has by all! Everyone commented they would give it very high marks

Beautiful location. Lots of amenities ( beach, breweries, shopping, restaurants, wineries, parks, playgrounds) close by. We had 9 adults & 4 kids ( ages 8-1) and found outdoor activities for all, badminton, kiddie pool, slip-n-slide, even fishing as well as indoor fun, movies, cards, board games etc. We used the grill often, access to laundry saved on packing light, bonus room was a great spot for the the family with 4 kids, kitchen had a great supply of spices to use, outdoor shower is spacious with warm water ( even the little ones appreciated that!). There were issues with the AC and took two trips from heating/cooling guy to declare the unit dead. The owner was quick to respond to all contacts and deal with issues as they came up.

My family was in Saugatuck to celebrate a wedding. We had the oportunity to stay at this wonderful home. It was well supplied, extremely comfortable and a beatiful week. The owners were nice, and responsive to our questions. Overall it was a 5/5 experience and we planned to vist this October.

We had a great time at this house. All thought it was in May we enjoyed the quite evenings and the cocktails on the upper deck, at this location. The weather was sunny and with out rain. The sun was hot and we enjoyed the beach . We walked away with sun burn for the beginning of the season. The house is well stocked and nicely decorated and was extremely comfortable. The owner was cordial and easy to work with. He is very responsive and helpful. we are coming back soon this summewr. Over all it is a 5/5.
