About The Owner

The space is very accomodating with the large deck, and it is a quick walk to the beach. It is a block and a half from town which provides peace and quiet at night. The owner is quick to respond to calls and pleasant to work with.

Plenty of room in this house. My family has been here the last four years and it’s always been great.

Over the years we have stayed at several rental properties while on vacation. This was simply the best. This a spacious, well equipped place. The kitchen is large and has excellent appliances. We had 12 people coming and going over the week stay and all loved it. When we first pulled in, my 10 year old granddaughter said, "I always wanted a house like this!" and that pretty well sums it up. Two teen-age boys had a room with their own beds and t.v. Four other bedrooms provided ample room for all.The dining room provided ample room for meals and playing games at night. The screen porch was great a night as a place to enjoy conversation. Our two year old great grandson enjoyed running around the large yard and kicking a ball. It is a very private place, far enough from road you do not hear traffic. With space on the other three sides, it really is secluded in a very positive way. It is close to golf, shopping, and other activities. The owner, Leonard, worked with us as we wanted to extent one day only a month before we went. He handled everything from double checking schedule to payment process. Was great to work with. Several members are all ready talking about a return.

Beautiful home and beautiful setting. We especially loved sitting on the screen porch for all our meals. Owners were super to work with and to provide us with information on activities and places to go around the area.

My only regret is that we did not stay longer!
