About The Owner

We arrived at the home and met the owners. I thought that was unusual but I understood as I’d want to do the same if I took as much pride in my property as they do. We got a tour of the home from the charming owners and was surprised to see how well stocked it was with food and drinks, laundry supplies and even packaged toiletries for us! The home was super clean and well furnished. The owners were fantastic and our experience was a 10! Highly recommended!

We had great time in Salt Lake. We came very late and Gunhild and Jeromy Waited for as to show as around the house. House is very nice and clean. We stayed in many rentals before but this one was another level. Absolutely top. It feels like home not rental. Kitchen was fully equipped and fridge full of goods. We'll be back. All I can say is WOW! I've stayed at probably 100+ vacation rentals all over the world and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Gundi & Jeromy were incredibly hospitable. From an in-person check-in with house tour and instructions, to checking in on us throughout our stay, they truly are top notch hosts. We felt right at home. They were so kind to stock the fridge and pantry with food for our stay. We've never had a hosts take care of us like that! They had everything -- and I mean EVERYTHING -- we could want on our stay. The house was stocked with eggs, bacon, lunch meat, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, bagels, oatmeal, soups, granola, gatorade & waters, coffee & creamer. It was SO NICE to wake up in the morning and not have to rush out to the store to get food. They also had the bathrooms stocked with fresh toiletries, high quality shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes, and fresh loofahs in the shower. The house layout / bedroom setup is perfect for larger groups or families. It's a split level house with a master upstairs, a second room with 2 queen beds, a living room & the kitchen. Down below there is another master, a second room with 2 twin beds, another living room with tv, and a kitchenette & laundry room. All of the bedding was super comfortable which is usually rare in vacation rentals -- great pillows, soft sheets, and super soft blankets. Since there was 6 of us, we were a little short on couch space when watching movies upstairs, however the rug in the living room is probably 2 inches thick and super squishy to lay on, so we were fine just lounging on the ground. The house itself is located a good distance from downtown SLC, however there are still things to do around Jordan. We were staying here for a ski trip, and it was convenient for getting to the mountain. We were about 45 minutes from Solitude & Brighton. There are also a lot of shopping centers around the property so it was easy for us to get anything additional we needed. Our first night, we went to a restaurant that was about 15 mins away called Slackwater. They had awesome artisan pizza, craft beer, and live music. Definitely recommend! Overall, it was an awesome property to stay at, an amazing value, and extremely pleasant experience. This will be our go-to property for Salt Lake trips! Thank you Gundi & Jeromy!

We stayed at the house for the month and had a great experience. Jeremy and Gundi were great. The house was ~30 min to solitude and skied almost everyday we were there.

Their hospitality is unrivaled. The house came with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. They also checked in with us through our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here.
