We had a good stay. The condo is close to several beaches and has everything you need.

Host was very responsive. We had a small problem with the pool being dirty, pool guy was contacted immediately. Came out that night & at 7 the following morning to ensure all was good. It was clean & useable again. All essential items were included. Construction site was quite noisy, along with cars parked up & down the road (directly in front of house) which made it difficult to maneuver around with a larger car. It is about 15+ mins away from a nice beach. We assumed Indian Beach was a swimmable/family friendly beach (which is 100% our fault for not checking into it before hand.) We attempted fishing there, but it was not an ideal location for that. The AC didn’t work well in the room with the king size bed, so we did have to purchase a fan to make it as comfortable as possible. Overall, we had a great experience & would stay again once construction is over.

Home was comfortable, clean and quiet. We loved sitting by the pool and having our meals outside without any bugs and mosquitoes to bother us. Really enjoyed the relaxation!

Location was great. Easy to find and conveniently located to many things we did. Neighborhood is nice and not on a busy street. Pool was great for all the kids to play. The back lanai was great for relaxing in the evening.

The property looks exactly like on the VRBO site. We didn't find access to the bay beach, so we drove three miles to Coquina Beach and enjoyed it a lot. Tennis Club is only for the members and the Jr Pool means that it is 4' deep. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Elicia is a great host and the property is supplied with everything you need. Beach chairs were new and there were plenty beach towels. Overall everybody enjoyed staying at Long Boat Key and discovering the Sarasota area. Looking forward to repeat this experience.
