My wife, 3 dogs and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. The home was very cozy and in a convenient area. Very nice updated kitchen and was generally clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and a good communicator. Was also priced fairly. Extremely good location to many areas around Sarasota and quick drive to Siesta Key and other popular areas. Highly recommend!

There were 7 of us. Plenty of room. The house was spotless. We all loved the pool. The owners were wonderful. Got back to us immediately. Location is excellent. We have been to Sarasota every year for the past 4 years and this house is the best by far. We will be back.

Had a great stay! Elicia was very helpful with good ideas about photo spots, and groceries really just anything in general. Living room couch was not sleep able however. And queen size air bed was actually a twin and the pump attachment did not fit also had a bit of trouble with tv remote and no welcome book on how to run it. BUT overall amazing property and would definitely stay again.

We had a 10 day stay here and we loved it. First, the property amenities are wonderful. We are not just talking about the pool but to have a really fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms where we weren't saying, "wish we had this or that". It had everything to meet our needs. Second, this is a great location. Sarasota is a great destination with world class beaches, a variety of dining choices, and great shopping. This house is located just a block off of Highway 41 you can get anywhere as fast as Sarasota traffic allows. The neighborhood is quiet and you are only a 1/2 mile to a small park on the bay. Third, the communication with the owner before and during our stay was timely and responsive. It was nice that she checked in on us several times to see if we had any questions and everything was ok. Fourth, the place was clean which was comforting in this Covid-era. Finally, I thought this was a great value compared to many other properties. You don't need to be any closer to the beaches to be able to go to one every day yet still retreat to your own private pool. This is a VRBO we are likely to come back to and we are very comfortable recommending it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host family did a nice job of reaching out to us and making sure our stay went well. The location is excellent. You are 10 minutes away from the beach and 2 minutes from the bay. The neighbors are nice within the complex.
